If you're a Miami Beach native, then you've probably heard of Crazee Olive and their Mediterranean menu. Where Crazee Olive really shines is with their delivery food. We started off with the popcorn falafel and wish we'd ordered more. These addictive little flash-fried nuggets of deliciousness arrived hot with a crisp exterior and a creamy interior enlivened with savory spices. The best part of a falafel patty is that crunchy outer coating, and the scaled-down size of this appetizer gives it the perfect surface-to-volume ratio. They'd probably taste great cold too, but they didn't last long enough to find out.

Basani's Pizzeria
